Shipping Options

Economy Shipping

  • Delivery time: 5–8 business days

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3–4 business days

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination


Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only

  • We do not ship to:

    • P.O. boxes

    • APO/FPO addresses

    • International destinations


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Peak holiday periods

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged packages:
    If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents.

  • Lost packages:
    If tracking indicates your package is lost or stalled, contact us, and we will assist in working with the carrier.

While we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery issues, ITAALE is not responsible for carrier-related delays, loss, or damage once an order has been handed off to the shipping provider.
