Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents. -

While we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery issues, ITAALE is not responsible for carrier-related delays, loss, or damage once an order has been handed off to the shipping provider.
