This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through ITAALE and its in-house product lines, including Monarch Linens. ITAALE is responsible for order processing, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and customer support.
Return Policy Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Returned with original packaging, labels, and tags (if applicable)

Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

All returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, incorrect size, or wrong selection), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping with their preferred carrier.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days at contactitaale@gmail.com if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective

You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized products

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Personal care items (including bathrobes, slippers, or spa linens) that have been used or removed from original packaging

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original packaging, labels, or tags are included

Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs for EU customers will be handled in accordance with applicable EU regulations and may be the customer’s responsibility in certain cases (such as change of mind).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
