This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through ITAALE and its in-house product lines, including Monarch Linens. ITAALE is responsible for order processing, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and customer support.


Return Policy Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, labels, and tags (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

All returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, ITAALE will provide the return address and step-by-step instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

  • ITAALE error (defective, damaged, incorrect item):
    ITAALE will cover return shipping costs.

  • Customer preference (change of mind, incorrect selection):
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and carrier arrangements.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at:

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Personal care or textile items (including bathrobes, slippers, or spa linens) that have been used or removed from original packaging

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

To receive a different item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item (once approved), then

  2. Placing a new order for the desired item

This ensures faster processing and availability.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are included

Return shipping costs for EU orders are handled in accordance with applicable EU regulations and may be the customer’s responsibility in certain cases.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
