Return / Refund


Dear Customers, to avoid returns please contact us if you have any questions BEFORE YOU MAKE PURCHASE.  

     If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns (EXCLUDING swimwear, intimate bottoms, health, beauty, fragrance items, perishables, final sales, discounted items) within 14 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise, minus all shipping costs.
     Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
     Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

     To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
*Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and what is the reason for return. Please let us know if you would like a refund or store credit.
*We will provide you with the Return Processing number.  
*Pack and ship the item and email us the tracking number. The buyer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label, as well as coordinating return shipping logistics with the carrier.
*When we receive the return, we will notify you by email and refund your money (arrange a store credit or refund to the original payment method).



We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
